Post Sales Consultant (Singapore/Malaysia based)

This US based company is seeking a highly skilled Consultant in Singapore or Malaysia who has proven experience in communications systems and networking technology.

You will be responsible for providing post-sales implementation and support to their partners and customers of their flagship technology and product. As a member of the team you will provide technical leadership within the company. You will be responsible for supporting their partners using your technical skills and experience to make them and their product successful in the market. In addition, you will be collaborating with the rest of the engineering, product and marketing teams to drive product improvements based on your feedback. You must be able to come up to speed rapidly on their technology and product. They sell their products through a channel model and quality support of their Partners is critical to their success.

Key requirements:
• Eight years of experience in post-sales Systems Engineering
• Experience working in Singapore and/or Malaysia is a must
• Five years or more in Networking technology in the enterprise market
• Depth of knowledge in Voice, Unified Communications and Networking Technology
• Excellent understanding of Enterprise Market applications
• Engineering certifications in Router and PBX products
• Experience with Radios and/or Microsoft platforms is desirable
• Excellent client facing skills and both written and oral communication skills
