Product Marketing Manager (RAN Technical Background)

We have been exclusively engaged to headhunt for a Technical Product Marketing Manager for a leading mid-sized software vendor in the Mobile Network Optimisation space based out of West London. The client is going through a period of strong growth - around 25% last year given the success of their new and legacy products for radio network optimisation.
They are looking for someone ideally with an Engineering or Communications degree that understands radio engineering and maybe has worked in a product environment (product manager or product engineer) and fancies a more commercial role. The pay scale is flexible for the right person.

Product Marketing Specialist / Manager

Main Purpose of Job:
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will have a hands-on role in the outbound marketing for our products. You will help craft the messaging and positioning for products. You'll develop product collateral to support marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with Technical Product Managers (part of R&D) and the Director of Marketing to help package product capabilities into sellable components/use cases to customers.
Create collateral (datasheets, white papers, competitive kill sheets etc.) and sales tools that support the sales process.
Support the creation of product positioning and messaging that differentiates my clients products in the market.
Participate in sales enablement activities including sales training and product launches
Assist with collection and distribution of market intelligence data
Requirements:
3+ years of software product related experience and ideally some customer facing experience.
Very strong written communication skills
Background in mobile (Radio) industry at either a network equipment provider or independent software vendor.
