Project Manager of Mobile

Job Description:

1.Defines the planning of development and the necessary means and drives product development;

2. Lead core team(xPM in R&D, PSM, Quality, Manufacture etc) during development , mass production and maintenance;

3. Cooperates with purchase team to define the components & suppliers list for his products including second source;

4. Accountable for product definition files, through the BOM in PLM, tests specifications and components specifications;

5. Accountable for the quality / cost / lead time of the development;

6. Accountable for design modifications when in mass Production and change request in development;

7. Accountable to follow NPI (PIM) process for his or her products;

8. Reports project progress to project office Dept manager and management ;

9. Accomplish all the related tasks assigned by the project office Dept. managers.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor or Master on Electrical engineering, computer engineering or Telecommunication;

2. 5+ years demonstrated project management experience leading multiple team members in matrix organization, mobile development experience is plus;

3. Understanding of electronics manufacturing process and metrics;

4. Strong team building skills, including ability to engage and energize team cross functionally in product development;

5. Good ability to manage suppliers or subcontractors;
6. Excellent spoken and written English;

7. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Project, word, Excel, Power point etc required.
